Which size should I choose?
Every box of LOOPLUNN Night includes five tip sizes — XS through XL — so you can try them all. Start one size larger than you think. Most people under-guess, and a tip that's slightly too big seals better than one that's slightly too small.
How do I put them in properly?
Reach over your head with the opposite hand and pull your ear gently up and back. That straightens the canal. Insert, then release. If it doesn't feel sealed, you've likely got the wrong size — go up one.
Will they fall out during the night?
Not if the tip is the right size. Nearly every "they fell out" story is a sizing problem. Go up a size and try again — and if it still happens, email us and we'll help before you give up on them.
Do they hurt after a few hours?
They shouldn't. If they do, the tip is too large or you've pushed them in too far. LOOPLUNN is designed to sit shallow, not deep.
Use
Will I still hear my alarm?
Yes — and this is the most common question we get. LOOPLUNN softens sound, it doesn't remove it. Alarms, smoke detectors, a child calling out and a phone ringing all still come through. Many people set a slightly louder alarm for the first few nights while they adjust.
Can I sleep on my side with them in?
That's the entire reason they exist. Nothing protrudes past your outer ear, so there's nothing for the pillow to press against.
Can I wear them if I have ear piercings?
Yes. LOOPLUNN sits inside the canal and doesn't touch the lobe or the helix.
Are they suitable for children?
No. Not suitable for children under 16 — ear canals are smaller and the tips are small parts, so they're a choking risk.
Can I wear them every night?
Yes. Keep them clean and let your ears have an occasional night off if you're prone to ear infections. If you have an ear condition, ask your doctor first.
Are these hearing protection?
No. LOOPLUNN is a sleep and comfort accessory. It isn't certified personal protective equipment and isn't a medical device. Don't rely on it in a workplace or anywhere certified hearing protection is required.
Can I swim with them?
Not with LOOPLUNN Night — it's made for sleep and isn't designed to seal against water. If you want a pair for the shower or the pool, look at Soft Sleep Waterproof instead.
Care
How do I clean them?
Warm water and a little unscented soap every week or two. Air dry completely before they go back in the case. No alcohol, no boiling.
How long do they last?
The body lasts years. Replace the tips every 6–8 months, sooner if they lose their spring.

How long is delivery?
Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. After that: France 5–8 business days, European Union 7–14, rest of the world 8–16. These are honest estimates, not promises — see the Shipping page for the full table.
What does shipping cost?
€7.99 in France and free over €39, €4.99 across the European Union, €7.99 everywhere else. It's calculated at checkout before you pay.
What's the returns policy?
If your box is still sealed, you have 14 days to change your mind and we refund you in full — no reason needed.
Once a box has been opened we can't take it back. Earplugs are sealed goods excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU — the same rule every earplug brand follows. It exists to protect you: nothing that has been in someone else's ear will ever be resold to you.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, that's a different story entirely — email us within 14 days with a photo and we replace it or refund you in full, return shipping included. Where are they made?
Manufactured to our specification in China, in a facility we've inspected. We're straightforward about this — most of the industry does the same and is less open about it.
