Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to looplunn.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from LOOPLUNN ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you accept these Terms in full.

1. Who we are

LOOPLUNN is operated from France. The business is currently being registered; the registered name, legal form and registration number will be published in our Legal Notice as soon as they are issued, before any order is accepted. 2. Our products

LOOPLUNN sells lifestyle earplugs designed for comfort during sleep and rest. They are comfort and sleep accessories. They are not certified personal protective equipment, not medical devices, and are not sold or marketed as hearing protection. Do not rely on them in any workplace or environment where certified hearing protection is required by law.

Earplugs are not suitable for children under 16: ear canals are smaller and the tips are small parts, so they are a choking risk. If you have an ear infection, a perforated eardrum, ear tubes or any other ear condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Insert and remove gently, never push an earplug beyond the point of comfort, and stop using them if you experience pain or irritation.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs are shown separately. Customs duties and import taxes may be payable by you on delivery depending on your country.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if pricing or product information was published in error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Right of withdrawal and hygiene exception

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.

Important: earplugs are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons. In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to earplugs once their sealed packaging has been opened. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for how to start a return.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@looplunn.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you, including return shipping where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the LOOPLUNN name, logo, product images, text and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to resell our products without our written agreement.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

As a French trader we provide access to a consumer mediator. Our mediator is being appointed and their details will be published in our Legal Notice before the first order is accepted.
