Refund & Return Policy

The short version

Unopened items: 14 days, full refund. Opened earplugs: for hygiene reasons we cannot take them back. Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we fix it, always.

1. Hygiene rule on earplugs

Earplugs are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons. In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, once the sealed packaging has been opened the item can no longer be returned or refunded.

This is standard across the category and it exists to protect you: no product that has been inside someone else's ear will ever be resold to you.

2. Unopened items

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us, and a further 14 days to send the item back. The item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, with any outer box intact.

Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you. We refund the item price and the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives broken, defective or is simply not what you ordered, email hello@looplunn.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you in full, including all shipping costs. You never pay return shipping in this case.

This is in addition to your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

4. Wrong size or fit

Every LOOPLUNN pack ships with multiple tip sizes so you can find your fit without opening a second product. If none of the tips work for you, write to us at hello@looplunn.com and tell us what happened. We read every message and we would rather solve it than lose you.

5. How to start a return

  1. Email hello@looplunn.com with your order number and the reason.
  2. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back with tracking. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

6. Refund timing

Once we receive and check the return, we refund within 14 days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show the money.

7. Orders not yet shipped

You can cancel any order free of charge before it ships. Email hello@looplunn.com as soon as possible.
