Care

Washable and reusable. Warm water and a little mild soap, air dry fully. Replace the tips every 6–8 months.

If they're not for you

Sealed set, 14 days, full refund — no reason needed. Once a set has been opened we can't take it back: earplugs are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons, and nothing that has been in someone else's ear will ever be resold to you.

If no tip size feels right, email hello@looplunn.com and we'll work through the sizing with you. Damaged or faulty on arrival? Send a photo within 14 days and we replace it, return shipping included.
